Gresheene Kuhn, FNP-BC
Gresheene has 15+ years experience in healthcare with a 5 star patient rating. She has an advanced degree as a Nurse Practitioner & specializes in Wound Care. She has years of experience as an intensive care and emergency nurse. She manages chronic and acute health issues including but not limited to endocrine, pulmonary, cardiovascular, neurologic, muscukoleskeletal, & chronic pain.
Meg Morita, RN/BSN
Meg has extensive experience in managing high acuity patients, wound care, hospice care, palliative care, infusions, injection management, tube feeding, catheter insertion and management. She is a compassionate nurse who really takes the time to listen to her patients needs and delivers the best care possible to ensure that our patients are living their lives to the fullest with comfort & care.
